২০০০-২০০১ সালে চট্টগ্রামের শাহীন কলেজের অধ্যাপক রিফাৎ আরার নেতৃত্বে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল চর্চা নামে একটি সংগঠন। ২০০২ সালের অক্টোবরে তাদের উদ্যোগে একটি ম্যাগাজিন বের হয়েছিল - দ্রোহী স্বপ্নেরা। সেখানে এই প্রবন্ধটি প্রকাশিত হয়েছিল।
